Berlin, 14 November 2018. Mr. Shlomo Zohar has resigned from his position as member and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADO Properties S.A. with effect as of 15 December 2018.

According to information published by our shareholder, ADO Group LTD., Israel, Mr. Shlomo Zohar's term of office as general manager of ADO Group Ltd., Israel will also terminate with effect as of 15 December 2018.

The board of directors of ADO Properties S.A. thanks Shlomo Zohar for his commitment to ADO Properties and for performing his duty with responsibility and professionalism. "We regret the resignation of Shlomo Zohar. As Executive Vice Chairman of the board of directors of ADO Properties S.A.. Mr. Zohar supported and accompanied ADO Properties for more than three years. The board thanks Mr. Zohar for his strong dedication for ADO Properties and wishes him all the best for the future", said Moshe Lahmani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADO Properties.
